“Little Rock, Arkansas – 911 callers reported a man was riding a bicycle on a busy Arkansas Interstate causing traffic issues. Arkansas State Police Trooper Shumate responded to the area and located the subject. The Trooper can be seen attempting to get the subject to stop. Instead, the bicyclist takes off in traffic weaving between vehicles. He then crosses over the median cable (carrying his bike over the wire). A passing motorist hits the subject. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured.”
