Lizzy Musi is kicking some serious azz both on the track and in her cancer treatment so far in No Prep Kings season 6. The season started pretty rocky for her after being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and relationship troubles with Kye Kelley but she is living up to her #lizzystrong hashtag. After her two impressive invitational wins she is now reporting on Facebook that her cancer treatments have been successful and she is getting back to life as usual.
