Watch this Toyota Corolla run literal circles around Arkansas State Police in a parking lot. Trooper Joseph Kilian attempted to stop this tented out Corolla in what seems to be a hospital parking lot but things did not go as planned. The Corolla driver swiftly mashed the pedal and took the trooper on short pursuit through the lot only to leave him completely lost and forced to end the chase.
