Street Outlaws Murder Nova had a close call at Alabama International Dragway over the weekend. Watch as Shawn gets loose on the big end after an oil line failed resulting in a nice brush with the wall. The chutes were deployed and Shawn escaped with no injuries. The car seems to have suffered mostly cosmetic damage and will be ready for Rockingham.

“Murder Nova goes for a wild ride at Alabama International Dragway in Steele, Al while testing yesterday Shawn joined Ryan Martin and several others to test in Alabama yesterday. Shawn said “Everyone says it’s not if, it’s when. I guess yesterday was my turn. Had an oil line blow and got under the tires went for a hell of a ride. Thankfully the chutes got me lined back out and kept the damage minimal. We will go over the car and be ready for Rockingham!””
