“First car is a 1967 Plymouth GTX. The other a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. The GTX has a 426 Hemi V8. The Camaro has an all-aluminum ZL1 427 V8. The Plymouth GTX Hemi was rated 425 horsepower, while the Camaro ZL-1 was rated 430 horsepower. The Hemi GTX has a TorqueFlite 3-speed automatic transmission and the Camaro ZL1 has a TH400 3-speed automatic. Rear gearing in the Chevy COPO Camaro ZL1 is 4.10. The Hemi GTX has 4.56 rear gears. Weight of the Plymouth GTX including driver is 3898 pounds. The weight of the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 is 3566 pounds. They only produced 69 of the 1969 Chevy Camaro COPO ZL1 cars. The GTX is also rare with only 48 produced in 1967 with a hardtop and the Hemi TorqueFlite combo. Original testing for the 1967 Hemi GTX showed a 0-60 of 4.8 seconds and a 1/4 mile time of 13.5 seconds @ 105 mph according to Car and Driver 11/1966. The featured 1971 Ford Mustang features a 429 Cobra Jet engine rated 460 horsepower. The Cobra Jet Mustang has 4.11 rear gears and an automatic transmission. The Ford Mustang CJ weighs-in at 3740 pounds including the driver. The featured 1970 Plymouth Road Runner features a 426 hemi v8 rated 425 horsepower. The 1970 Hemi Road Runner has a 3-speed automatic transmission and a set of 4.30 rear gears. With driver, the 1970 Plymouth 426 Road Runner weighs 3912 pounds. In 1970 they only made 16 total Road Runners with a hemi, hardtop, and automatic transmission.
