“It’s another all-American DRAG RACE! 🇺🇸 This time we have the new and mighty Corvette Z06 going up against the fantastic Ford GT. Let’s get into the stats. The Chevrolet Corvette Z06 uses a 5.5 litre naturally aspirated flat-plane crank V8 that puts out 670HP and 625NM of torque. Power goes to the rear wheels only via an 8-speed Dual Clutch gearbox and it weighs in 1,585KG. The Ford GT is fitted with a twin-turbo 3.5L V6 that outputs 650HP and 750NM of torque. Power again goes to the rear wheels only via a 7-speed Dual Clutch gearbox and it weighs in at just 1,385KG! So will the newer and much cheaper Z06 take the win or will the mighty Ford GT prove its worth and put the Corvette in its place? LET’S RACE and FIND OUT!!! 🏁”
