“On 6/9/26 at approximately 6:50 pm, Troop L Dispatch had advised all units that Bentonville Police Department had been in pursuit of a green sports bikes with no license plate. Dispatch advised the pursuit was on East Central Ave near Main St but Bentonville had cancelled the pursuit. We then received an update that the bike was traveling east on 14th street. I happened to be on 14th street at that time and turned around to head towards its last known location. At approximately 6:54 pm I located the bike on 14th street in front of NWACC and turned around and got behind the suspect. I had activated my emergency lights and sirens and the suspect then turned left onto Water Tower Road and I had advised Dispatch that I was in pursuit. The driver later identified as Jacob Williams continued north on Water Tower Road towards the roundabout that intersected 8th Street reaching speeds of around 80 mph. Williams then went through the roundabout and began to travel west on 8th Street towards Moberly Lane and sped up to around 75 mph. As Williams approached Moberly Lane, he ran the red light and continued west on 8th Street towards the Walmart Home office. Williams then drove through the intersection at Integrity Lane and began to drive west in the eastbound lanes. Williams then continued west on 8th Street passing J Street reaching speeds near 70 mph. As we approached G Street, Williams started to slow down and turn towards G street but then continued west on 8th Street briefly driving in opposite lanes again. Williams approached the intersection of Main Street while still traveling west on 8th Street. Williams slowed to turn south on Main Street but then started to drive west on the sidewalk on the south side of 8th Street. Williams then drove through the intersection of 8th Street and Southwest A Street on the crosswalk and continued to drive on the sidewalk. Williams then got back on the road heading west towards North Walton Blvd reaching speeds near 70 mph. Williams then ran a red light and turned north on North Walton Blvd. As we approached the Central Avenue Willaims began to split lanes while still traveling north. As Williams continued to travel north, he ran another red light and the intersection with 3rd Street. Williams continued north on North Walton Blvd approaching Tiger Blvd reaching speeds near 90 mph. As we approached Northwest 20th Street Trooper Sheldon Phipps had joined in the pursuit and taken role as the secondary unit and began to take over the radio. As we approached Oakwood Avenue, I got next to Williams and tried to guide him off the road. Williams had then run off the road but was able to maintain control and got back on the shoulder. Wiliams then continued north on North Walton Blvd reaching speeds around 90 mph. As the pursuit continued towards the exit 91 intersection me and Trooper Phipps tried to box in Williams, but he was able to get through and back in front of us. As we went under Interstate 49, Williams ran another red light, and Trooper Phipps had then taken Primary in the pursuit. Williams then continued north on Bella Vista Parkway reaching speeds near 95 mph and ran another red light at the intersection of West McNeilly Road and continued north. Shortly after passing through the intersection, I had taken primary back over as Trooper Phipps advised his car was overheating. Williams continued north passing Medical Parkway at speeds around 70 mph. The pursuit continued past Riordan Road reaching speeds near 100 mph. Just shortly after passing Riordan Road Williams slowed down to around 15 mph and began to speed up again. I had then veered right towards the shoulder to block Williams, and he struck my front passenger side door and then drove into the ditch where he stopped and got off the back and got onto his knees and put his hands in the air. At 7:05 pm I had advised Dispatch that we were 10-15 with Williams. After Williams was taken into custody, I had then transported him to Benton County Sheriff’s Office. After arriving at Benton County Sheriff’s Office and met with a Bentonville Officer so they could add their charges. While Williams was being searched by the intake, approximately 5 grams of Methamphetamine was located on his person and was charged for it by the Bentonville Officer.”
