An Arkansas State Trooper is in some pretty hot water after executing a PIT maneuver on the wrong car during a high speed chase. As seen in the video above, a white Cadillac was traveling on the highway when it was suddenly crashed out by Trooper Thomas Hubbard for no apparent reason. Turns out the Trooper mistakes the Cadillac for a white Chrysler that was fleeing police at a high rate of speed. Later reports came out that the Trooper has now resigned from Arkansas State Patrol.
