VIDEO: Scat Pack Thief Jumps From Mall Balcony To Escape Police!

Note to all car thieves…When you steal a car you should probably get rid of it and make whatever money you can. Unfortunatly for this Dumbazz, he decided to take a trip to mall and go shopping. Little did Dumbazz know, the police managed to identify and set up surveillance on the stolen Dodge Charger Scat-Pack as he was shopping. During this time officers installed a tow-boot type of device on the rear wheel to deter any attempts at escape. Once Dumbazz exited the mall and approached the car to leave officers made their move. After repeated commands to stop and show hands, Dumbazz proceeded to gun the motor oblivious to the boot attached to the rear wheel. Once Dumbazz realized the car was not moving he attempted to flee into the Mall where he eventually jumped from a 2nd floor balcony before his arrest. Great Job DUMBAZZ!
